Here, take this / my…等。在西方国家，人们一般不会轻易接受别人的帮助的，除非自己确实需要别人的帮助。若愿意接受别人的帮助，西方人常会说：Thanks. That would be nice.; Yes, please.; thank you for your help.等；若不需要别人的帮助，他们会委婉地拒绝你的帮助，说：No, thanks / thank you.; That’s very kind of you, but…等。.
